I give you more than calories to count and macros to measure. I make sure your immune system, gut, hormones, and mental health are in shape as you work towards your goals.
I will give you the tools and skill you need to maintain your health for the long term. When you run into obstacles (you will!), I offer you the information, support, and accountability you need to overcome them.
When you join my coaching program, you will receive personalised guidance from me according to your current abilities and goals. We will work together to create the change you’re looking for. All that’s required from you is consistent, quality work and attention to detail.
We will stay in regular contact so I can ensure you’re progressing consistently, help you deal with any issues that may arise, and respond to any queries you have along the way.
Although there is no contract to speak of, you should expect to spend at least 6-12 months in the coaching program, as this is the time frame required to start creating serious, lasting transformations.
